Sorry for the delay.... I had this problem also....especially when doing the autopsy reports... I was told to reset your boxes back to the original settings and start the process over,..... That didn't work for me … So then another person said that you have to fill in the boxes manually.....
Honestly what I did...… Which really sucks.... btw... is put all of them in and then changed them all in the end to what they needed to be. As time consuming as that was at least they were done correctly. I honestly don't understand why everything can't just be in a column to begin with seems to me its a huge waste of time to put them in some strange measurements.....
