You are given 3 chances to pass the final. If you don't then you have to redo the entire course.

Hi Shelly,
I just graduated this week from Allied. I am waiting ot hear from their career center. I am looking to work-at-home but I also have to get a release from my doctor to go back to work as I am on permanent disability. I took 4 medical courses through Allied through the Department of Rehabilitation.

I would love some help. If this is how long it will take me once I get a job, I am going to be earning a dollar a day!! I have been reading every article and operative report under the sun and still cannot understand this one particular word. He says it twice. It's an ophthalmology operation and it sounds like "sclerosny" I have been very good in not "getting help for tests" but if someone could point me in the right direction, I would gladly do the rest myself! I just keep reading article after article, (aimed for doctors, I must add) and all it's doing is giving me a headache! I have 6 books at my feet - and the internet, but am getting nowhere. Unfortunately the tape goes loud and soft as well, so that doesn't help. Whatever this sclerosny is, it is internal and under the scleral flap. While i'm at it, ever heard of protheradectomy, (again it's what it sounds like)and "aggressive" aqueous? Thanks.

Keaki, if you gave us complete sentences we might be able to help. Your sound-likes don`t mean anything to me without context. It would also be good to know just what the operation is.

Terri, Sorry that I missed your post in the last few days. I agree with wanting to get it all behind you. I have done nothing but work on the last remaining part of the course and then the finals for the last few weeks; so much so that nothing has been getting done in the house here! Today I am giving myself the luxury of a clean house. My husband will be pleased, I'm sure - and then tomorrow, I think I need to shop for groceries and stock up our pantry/freezer again! Oh the joys of normal living!! I think that inconsistancies in grading and struggling with these last few papers is a common complaint. Good luck with Chapters 16 and 17 and let me know how you do. I now wait for my finals to be marked. I am sure to be irritated when I see the comments! All I care is that I PASS!!!! I just want it over, too, and certainly don't want to do anymore for a while! Have a good day
